Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees

of Whitefish School District No. 44 and High School

Held May 4, 2005

The Trustees of Whitefish School District No. 44 and High School met in special session on May 4, 2005 in the District Administration Office.

Members Present: Chairperson Linda Maetzold, Dave Fern, Pat Jarvi, Amy Eddy, Brian Lauterbach, Phil Mitchell, and Doug Rhodes.

Members Absent: None.

Officials Present: Superintendent Jerry House and District Clerk Danelle Reisch.

Call to Order

Chairperson Maetzold called the meeting to order at 7:45 a.m.

Review and Revisions to Agenda

There were no changes.

Public Participation

There was none.

Canvass May 3 Election

District Clerk Reisch presented the following election results, with the poll book showing 440 ballots issued.

Eric Hosek 327

Kelly Medelman 208

Phillip B. Mitchell 251

Not Voted 205

Elementary Levy:

For 315

Against 123

Not Voted 2

Brian Lauterbach moved to accept the election results as presented. The motion was seconded by Pat Jarvi and carried unanimously.

Adjourn

Dave Fern moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:50 a.m. Amy Eddy seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
