The Trustees of Whitefish School District No. 44 and High School met for a special meeting on March 27, 2007 in the Whitefish High School Library

Members Present: Chairperson Dave Fern, Pat Jarvi, Shannon Hanson, Ruth Harrison, Amy Eddy, Phil Mitchell and Eric Hosek.

Members Absent: None.

Officials Present: Superintendent Jerry House.

Call to Order

Chairperson Fern called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m.

Review and Revision of the Agenda

There were no changes.

Public Comment

There was none.

Call for Election

District Clerk Reisch requested adoption of the following election resolutions:

· Resolution 1 calling for the annual school election

· Resolution 2 calling for a Bissell School trustee

Amy Eddy moved to approve the election resolutions. Pat Jarvi seconded the motion and it carried 7-1 with Phil Mitchell opposed.

Adjourn

Amy Eddy moved to adjourn the meeting adjourned at 6:56 p.m. Ruth Harrison seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
