No. 44 and High School met for a special meeting/work session on

Reisch presented budget and levy information.
Phil Mitchell moved to approve an elementary levy of $155,463 with a provision for special meeting
April 8 if additional information is available that would result in a change to
the levy amount. Pat Jarvi seconded the
motion and it carried unanimously.

School to
Work Program
Superintendent
House provided information regarding the current school-to-work program. He identified needs for a vocational
technical program and career counseling.
He also asked the board for feedback regarding the program. Trustees supported development of a vocational/technical
program, but expressed concern about adding a program in light of potential
future budget limitations.
Superintendent House will research the program and provide additional
information to the board.

House will present hiring of coaches at the April 12 school board meeting. He requested trustees contact him in advance
of any concerns about any of the District’s extra-curricular programs.
