The Trustees of Whitefish School District No. 44 and High School met for a special meeting on November 17, 2009 in the District Board Meeting Room.
Members Present: Chairperson Pat Jarvi, Dave Fern, Ruth Harrison, Mike Ferda, Shannon Hanson, and Eric Hosek.
Members Absent: Brian McDowell.
Officials Present: Superintendent Jerry House and District Clerk Danelle Reisch.

There were no changes.
Energy Retrofit Bid
District Clerk Reisch presented the following bids for the lighting retrofit at Whitefish High School:
American Electric
$106,000 with rebates of $47,021
Elliott Electric
$137,355 with rebates of $52,179
Superintendent House and District Clerk Reisch recommended awarding the bid to American Electric.
Shannon Hanson moved to award the bid to American Electric. Ruth Harrison seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
