Mentoring Children

Got an Hour? Click Here!

CARE is beginning a mentoring program that will match an adult with one of our students in the district.  The time together will be during the school day and you will coordinate your visit with the student's teacher.  Three hours of training will be provided for you so that the best relationship with your student can be attained!  Background checks will be provided by the school district.  

All we ask of you is an average of one hour per week with your student.

Be a part of the solution! 
Join the CARE board members to provide alternative activities for your child's school during the school day and on the weekends! 

 Volunteer to be a part of Red Ribbon Week, Chaperone Dances & Parties & School Movie Nights!
Be a part of our alcohol/drug/tobacco prevention days!

Monthly Drug Education Focus at the Middle school and the High School
Help organize displays, participate in educating our students each month.
We'll choose a topic to highlight for the month and get the word out to our kids!

Dances & Movie Nights for High School Students
We're always looking for chaperones and cookie bakers!  If your child doesn't want you at the dance, you can help us decorate or be in a behind the scenes area!
